Earle celebrated the milestone on Instagram, calling the cover “such an honor” and reflecting on her journey from content creator to founder.

For the TIME100 cover shoot, Alix Earle wore the see-through Kingsley Pleated Column Dress in Butter by Emily Dawn Long, priced at $589. Crafted from slinky viscose, the floor-length piece featured a body-skimming silhouette with fitted long sleeves and a high neckline that balanced its daring details.
While the front appeared sleek and understated, images shared by the designer reveal the dress’s standout features. The fine-knit bodice has a subtly see-through finish that softly contours the body. Moreover, the back plunges into an ultra-low open design that extends almost to the waist.
From the hips down, the dress transforms into a flowing pleated column skirt that creates graceful movement without taking attention away from the striking backless silhouette.
The butter-yellow shade perfectly complemented Earle’s golden blonde hair. It was styled in soft waves with a sleek side part and a simple silver hair clip. She then paired the look with bold red lipstick, luminous skin, and no jewelry. This allowed the dress to remain the focal point of the cover.
In her Instagram post, Earle described being named one of TIME’s most influential creators as a “pinch-me moment”. She reflected on how her passion for creating content evolved into a career and a business. The content creator also thanked her followers for supporting her journey and encouraged others not to let rejection or fear stop them from chasing their dreams.
The striking editorial proves that sometimes the most dramatic detail isn’t visible at first glance.
