Sheinelle Jones began her day with a heartwarming celebration.

The Today With Jenna & Sheinelle host celebrated the 14th birthday of her twins, Clara and Uche, whom she shares with her late husband Uche Ojeh, with a collection of nostalgic pictures and a heartfelt message.

“14 years ago today … our lives were forever changed,” Jones shared on Instagram on July 10, alongside a photo from her pregnancy. “A two for one special!”

The journalist—who is also the mother of 16-year-old Kayin—shared various pictures from her children’s lives, capturing moments from their birth to the present day.

“I remember placing the twins at the foot of my hospital bed… staring at them in awe … in their little onesies,” the 48-year-old reminisced. “In the 5th picture, my husband had traditional attire made for their baby dedication at church; in the 9th pic… I remember their preschool graduation just like it was yesterday.”

Despite experiencing so much together, the Through Mom’s Eyes author expressed disbelief that she now has three children in high school.
