Slash has announced a new album titled Flying Blind with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators and shared the title track. They’ve also announced a batch of 2027 world tour dates to coincide with the news.
Flying Blind is Slash’s fifth album with Kennedy and the Conspirators and successor to 2022’s 4 will be out Feb. 26, 2027 on Gibson Records. The guitarist’s blues covers record Orgy of the Damned, meanwhile, was a collaboration with a myriad of other artists and released in 2024.
“It’s a really fun, kind of spontaneous rock ’n’ roll record,” Slash said of the newest album in a press release. “It’s very straightforward and down-to-earth and raw.”
“He’s an incredible riff writer,” Kennedy praised of Slash. “He also comes up with simple chord progressions that are very compelling for melodies. It works and it’s timeless.”
To celebrate the new release, Slash ft. Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators will embark on a world tour throughout 2027, starting in Latin America in early April. The North American leg of the trek kicks off April 23 in Reno, Nev., and then they’ll play shows and festivals around Europe through June and July.
