Take Cover European Stadium Tour 2026 Dates Announced by Foo Fighters

The Foo Fighters will warm up for their planned run of summer 2026 North American stadium shows with a series of U.K. and European stadium gigs. The Foos’ Take Cover European tour is set to kick off on June 10 at Oslo, Norway’s Unity Arena.

The run of 12 shows will include stops in Stockholm, Warsaw, Munich, Paris, Liverpool, Berlin, Vienna, and Milan, before concluding with appearances at the Mad Cool Festival in Madrid, Spain on July 8 and the NOS Alive Festival in Oeiras, Portugal on July 10. Support on the dates will be provided by Royel Otis, Inhaler, IDLES, Otoboke Beaver, Die Spitz, and Fat Dog.

The general on-sale for the dates will begin on Friday (Nov. 14) at 10 a.m. local time; click here for more ticketing information.

The Foos have been preparing for a return next year through a series of underplay club shows — including last month’s “Cage Match” show for Amazon Music Live — and the release last month of the hard-hitting new single, “Asking For a Friend.” The upcoming shows will mark the first large-venue gigs with new drummer Ilan Rubin, who left his position in Nine Inch Nails earlier this year to join the Dave Grohl-led band; in a rare rock switcheroo, Josh Freese, who took over the Foos’ drum seat for two years following the death of Taylor Hawkins, left the Foos to rejoin NIN after Rubin’s departure.

At press time no additional information was available about whether “Asking For a Friend” is part of a new Foos album — a potential follow-up to 2023’s But Here We Are — or a one-off single.
