Netflix has announced the teaser trailer and release date for The Night Agent Season 3, the action TV show featuring Gabriel Basso as Peter Sutherland.
“Coming off the explosive events of Season 2, Night Agent Peter Sutherland is called in to track down a young Treasury Agent who fled to Istanbul with sensitive government intel after killing his boss,” the Season 3 synopsis reads. “This kicks off a sequence of events where Peter investigates a dark money network while avoiding its paid assassins, while putting him on a collision course with a relentless journalist. Working together, they uncover buried secrets and old grudges that threaten to bring the government to its knees — and get them both killed in the process.”

When is The Night Agent Season 3 release date?
The Night Agent Season 3 premieres on Netflix on February 19, 2026.
In the teaser trailer, Peter enters a soccer stadium and meets with his target, played by Suraj Sharma. “Do exactly what I tell you to do, and we’ll get out of here safely,” Peter says. Cut to Peter in a car chase, trying to evade two gunmen on motorcycles. The rest of the teaser highlights the show’s action-packed nature, including a sequence in which Peter pulls an enemy off the back of a moving truck.
Besides Basso, The Night Agent’s Season 3 returning cast includes Amanda Warren as Catherine Weaves, Louis Herthum as Jacob Monroe, Fola Evans-Akingbola as Chelsea Arrington, Ward Horton as Governor Richard Hagan, and Albert Jones as Deputy Director Aiden Mosely.
Stephen Moyer, Sharma, Callum Vinson, David Lyons, Jennifer Morrison, and Genesis Rodriguez are new additions to the Season 3 cast.
Luciane Buchanan, who played Rose Larkin for two seasons, will not be returning for Season 3.
Shawn Ryan is the creator, showrunner, and executive producer of The Night Agent. The additional executive producers are Marney Hochman, Seth Gordon, Julia Gunn, James Vanderbilt, William Sherak, Paul Neinstein, Nicole Tossou, Munis Rashid, Paul Bernard, Guy Ferland, and Seth Fisher.
