Eva Longoria brought a sultry spin to power dressing while stepping out for a stylish night in New York City. The actress joined a fashionable crowd for cocktails and celebrations at Victoria Beckham’s Soho store. Naturally, she dressed for the occasion in a look from her longtime friend’s label.
Eva Longoria grabs some cocktails in plunging Victoria Beckham suit
Longoria opted for an oversized black ensemble, with her plunging suit immediately commanding attention. The relaxed blazer featured structured shoulders, rolled-up sleeves and a dramatically low neckline that dipped toward her waist.
Rather than layering a shirt underneath, Longoria appeared to wear the blazer on its own, allowing the plunging front to take center stage. The loose silhouette continued with matching wide-leg trousers that pooled around her feet, giving the traditionally tailored outfit a more effortless finish.
She kept her accessories understated, adding sparkling diamond earrings and two mixed metal bracelets. This added a hint of shine and drama to her outfit. Moreover, she wore her dark hair in glossy side-parted waves. Longoria completed her glam with defined eyes, rosy cheeks and a glossy lip.
The actress posed alongside Victoria Beckham in one photo from the evening, with the designer contrasting her all-black ensemble in a silky red dress. Another snap showed Longoria alongside several guests, including Isabela Rangel Grutman, who wore a burgundy halter-neck look.
Beckham shared photos from the gathering on Instagram, writing, “Guests and friends of the House gather at 150 Mercer Street for cocktails by @claseazulofficial.” Longoria also appeared in photos shared from inside the event, showing off her head-to-toe Victoria Beckham look from different angles.
The two-piece proved that suiting doesn’t have to mean buttoned-up dressing. Between its oversized proportions, flowing trousers and daringly deep neckline, Longoria’s look put a glamorous twist on classic tailoring.
