Despite the impressive moves, Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas won’t be riding a little red corvette into the Dancing With the Stars finale.
Although they achieved the third-highest score of the evening with 58 points, performing a cha cha to “1999” and a Viennese waltz to “Slow Love,” they were ultimately voted off in the Prince-themed semi-finals of the ABC show on Nov. 18.
“I already feel like a winner,” Whitney said. “This show has meant the absolute world to me. It’s changed my life and I’ll forever be so grateful to have this experience.”
Mark added, “I had the best time. I love this show.”
It was an emotional night in the ballroom for all contestants, as Alix Earle broke down in tears over praise and Jordan Chiles cried over her first perfect score of 30. The Olympian told cohost Julianne Hough, “That little girl in me should be very, very proud.”
Dylan Efron even received a show of support from brother Zac Efron, who attended his first DWTS taping to cheer on The Traitors star.
