It’s time to acknowledge these country music stars.
Indeed, the best in country music gathered at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 17 to present the 2026 Academy of Country Music Awards to some of the genre’s biggest names.
Hosted by Shania Twain, the event saw “Am I Okay?” singer Megan Moroney leading the 2026 nominee class with nine nominations, while fellow Female Artist of the Year nominee Miranda Lambert—the most awarded artist in ACM Awards history—followed closely with eight nominations.
Meanwhile, Yellowstone actress Ella Langley and newlywed Lainey Wilson—also nominees for Female Artist of the Year—each received seven nominations.
Moroney and Wilson will also compete against Jelly Roll, Chris Stapleton, Cody Johnson, Luke Combs, and Morgan Wallen for Entertainer of the Year.
Even before the show commenced, the Academy had already announced several winners. Notably, “Fear in God” singer Avery Anna won New Female Artist of the Year, while “Sunburn” singer Tucker Wetmore took home the New Male Artist award.
