Fans wondering whether Your Friends & Neighbors has been canceled or renewed for Season 3 can finally stop worrying. Apple TV has already made a decision about the future of the Jon Hamm-led drama. The news arrived even before the show’s second season premiered.

Has Apple TV canceled Your Friends & Neighbors or renewed it for Season 3?

No, Apple TV has not canceled Your Friends & Neighbors. In fact, the streaming service officially renewed the series for Season 3 ahead of the Season 2 premiere. The early renewal was a strong sign of confidence in the Jonathan Tropper-created drama.

In February 2026, Deadline confirmed that Apple TV announced the pickup before Season 2 debuted on April 3. The show’s first season followed Andrew “Coop” Cooper, played by Jon Hamm. Coop was a disgraced hedge fund manager whose life unraveled after losing his job and going through a divorce.

Soon, he started stealing from his wealthy neighbors. However, he uncovered dangerous secrets hidden behind their seemingly perfect lives. Season 2 saw Coop’s story go deeper into his double life as a suburban thief.

Nevertheless, a new neighbor threatened to expose his secrets. The neighbor could put both him and his family in danger. Season 2 also introduced James Marsden in a major role. Marsden plays a newcomer to the neighborhood who becomes a love interest for Samantha Levitt, portrayed by Olivia Munn.

The second season of Your Friends & Neighbors aired its final episode on June 4, leaving the room fully opened for the upcoming installment.

With Season 3 already secured and fresh conflicts and new challenges for Coop on the line, Your Friends & Neighbors seems to have a promising future. The drama led by Jon Hamm is poised to remain a significant part of Apple TV’s lineup for the foreseeable future.
