Again, these were acts calculated and planned to set up his defense within a very short timeline after the victim’s vicious murder.”

Using cellular analysis of D4vd’s phone and the modem inside his Tesla, prosecutors allege that he drove to Santa Barbara on April 23, before making another trip between May 8 and May 9 and one more on May 31, according to CNN.
