Jodie Sweetin Shares Where She Stands With ‘Full House’ Costars Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen
Jodie Sweetin has a full heart of love for Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen.
The Full House alum shared that she and her former costars are still friends, despite the twins not returning for the 2016 revival Fuller House.
“Everyone’s on good terms with them,” Jodie explained on Taboo’s Comics and Kicks podcast June 30, “but they were 8 years old when this show stopped. Then, they did all of those movies and all that stuff that I don’t know that they really loved doing all the time.”
And as Jodie noted, acting “isn’t what they love.”
It was also different for Mary-Kate and Ashley, because while Jodie had her formative years from ages 5 to 13 on the series, the Olsen twins were only 9 months old when they started filming.
“They have a different relationship to being on set all the time,” the 44-year-old explained. “They might not remember being 2 years old and having us all carrying them around and doing this stuff, but I do.”
