Georgia Graduates Middle School, Celebrating Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart’s Daughter
Chyler Leigh from Grey’s Anatomy Shares Heartfelt Moment Learning of Eric Dane’s Passing
Georgia, the daughter of Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart, is embarking on her next chapter.
The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actress, who is also the mother of 16-year-old Billie with the late Euphoria actor, celebrated her youngest child’s graduation from middle school just months after her father’s passing.
“Congratulations Georgia!!! You have graduated middle school and survived an incredibly difficult year,” Rebecca wrote in a June 6 Instagram post that featured a photo of Georgia receiving a flower onstage. “I am so beyond proud of you — your tenacity, grit, and grace have been on full display.”
“Welcome to high school — I have no doubt you’re ready,” she continued. “I am so excited for you! Not pictured is your MVP trophy for beach volleyball. Bravo, congratulations, and I love you so much.”
Eric passed away from respiratory failure on February 19 after battling amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). He was 53 years old.
Following the Grey’s Anatomy star’s death, Rebecca also celebrated another family milestone: Billie’s 16th birthday.
