Ryan Paevey’s Cassius Faison says goodbye on General Hospital
Cody receives Felicia’s message once his phone dries out and powers back up, discovering that Nathan is actually Cassius Faison. However, he refrains from revealing the truth to James and manages to prevent him from leaving with Nathan. Soon after, Cassius realizes that Cody is aware of his real identity and quickly bids farewell to James.
James asks Cassius why he is leaving town. Cassius holds back the full reason but expresses that he loved him more than he ever thought possible. As James watches his father walk away, Cody steps in to comfort him. Cody then calls Felicia, who is still in France, assuring her that he will look after James. They both come to understand that Anna’s earlier claims about Nathan may hold more truth than they initially thought.
After an emotional farewell to James, Cassius heads to an empty parking lot where he finds a vehicle he had hidden away with Ontario license plates. He retrieves a go-bag from the trunk containing cash and a fake Canadian passport. After taking out his American money and a photo of him and James from his wallet, he discards the wallet out of the car window and drives off.
When Lucas brings Joe into the examination room, Joe admits feeling foolish for confiding in “Nathan” about the syringe he found in Britt’s room containing only saline residue. He worries that Cassius might have been working against the PCPD in searching for his sister. Concerned by Joe’s statement, Lucas suspects there must be a misunderstanding since Britt would not have been injecting herself with saline.
