India Royale Speaks Out Following Lil Durk’s Emotional Day In Court

While Lil Durk may not be a free man yet, India Royale is unwavering in her support. She expressed her commitment to standing by her husband with a message late Friday night after his not-guilty verdict in the murder-for-hire trial. India shared a nostalgic photo from an Instagram fan page to her Story, showing Durk giving their daughter Willow Banks a kiss on the cheek, along with the message, “Thank You God,” accompanied by a praying hands emoji.

Durk Scored A Legal Win But Will Remain Behind Bars

As previously reported by The Shade Room, both India and Durk’s mother were there to support him as the jury delivered its eagerly awaited verdict. Reports indicate that the Chicago rapper was overcome with emotion and broke down in tears when the jury found him not guilty on all charges. His mother also became emotional, and India reportedly embraced her as the jury announced its decision. However, Durk is not completely in the clear yet. According to Complex, the 33-year-old will remain incarcerated while awaiting the results of his upcoming RICO trial, which is set to begin on October 5.

Durk’s Eldest Son Angelo Banks Shares Message After His Verdict

In addition to India Royale, Durk’s eldest son, Angelo Banks, also expressed his love for his father after the verdict. He took to his Instagram Story to share a touching throwback photo of himself and his siblings with Durk, writing, “I love you dad. I always believed in you.” 

Angelo has been a steadfast supporter throughout the trial. Back in June, he honored Durk with a special Father’s Day post. Fans have also witnessed glimpses of Angelo’s bond with India after she and their daughter Willow attended his eighth-grade graduation in May. Durk shares Angelo with Nicole Covone, and they also have a daughter named Bella Banks together. In total, Durk has seven biological children, including Angelo, Bella, and Willow with India. He also has another daughter, Skylar, and three sons: Romeo, Zayden, and Du’Mier Banks.
