Nicolas Ghesquière has a roster of brand ambassadors he’s able to rely on as Louis Vuitton creative director, especially when it comes to the brand’s advertising campaigns. After all, ambassadors Ana de Armas, Emma Stone, Léa Seydoux, Zendaya, Saoirse Ronan, and Sophie Turner are out in full force for Louis Vuitton on the regular. Ghesquière taps Jennifer Connelly for the Louis Vuitton Spring 2026 campaign, who is LV’s longest-serving brand ambassador, having held the role since 2014. Photographed by Cass Bird, the American Academy Award-winning actress roams the interiors and grounds of a lush and luxurious villa in the South of France.

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:
“Cass Bird delivering an extremely cheap rendition of Steven Meisel’s Fall 2009 Balenciaga campaign,” noted GERGIN upon checking out the campaign.
“This feels very much like a casual watered-down version of her Balenciaga Fall 2009 campaign,” echoed forum member mikel.
“Though it was a homeware capsule collection. What’s up with all the pillows and mattresses?” asked Ihhbl.
Also far from impressed was 90sfan. “Someone in the meeting probably suggested they should start doing cheap campaigns. Then someone said ‘Cass Bird’ and the rest is history,” they disapproved.
“Looks like an editorial for Marie Claire,” scoffed WAVES.
“Yeah, it’s very Nordstrom catalog,” Squizree chimed in.
