2026 is shaping up to be quite the year for Rebecca Ferguson, with every season offering something for her fans. The year kicked off with Mercy, the cyberpunk sci-fi thriller co-starring Chris Pratt, and her new fantasy movie, The Magical Faraway Tree, is in theaters. However, many fans are waiting for the third season of her hit sci-fi series Silo, which is set to return this summer. Silo has showcased the actress’ prowess as her character Julie Nicholson leads the charge in a dystopian world. Silo is one of the most popular shows on Apple TV, but the streamer also has other shows. The series had disappeared from the top 10 chart for a while, but things recently changed.
Following the announcement that the third season returns on July 3, Silo has re-entered Apple TV’s top 10 chart, ranked eighth at the time of writing. Shows regularly see an uptick in viewership when major news, like a premiere date, is announced, as viewers who fell off catch up before the new season. Silo seems to be experiencing this phenomenon, and given its popularity, even old fans will want to rewatch to refresh their knowledge as Season 3 takes a completely different turn.
Ferguson is back as Juliette in the new season. She returns to her old silo — which is reeling from a violent rebellion — after becoming the only person to ever survive a cleaning. The problem is that she suffers from memory loss, and the silo is facing a new threat. Meanwhile, the series ventures from the underground society to explore what happened centuries earlier in the Before Times. Ashley Zukerman reprises his guest role as Congressman Daniel Kene from the Season 2 finale to team up with journalist Helen Drew (Jessica Henwick) as they uncover a sprawling conspiracy that carries serious consequences.
Who Else Appears in ‘Silo’ Season 3?
Many of the cast members from the previous season return as the series prepares for its endgame in the penultimate season. Common (Robert Sims),Harriet Walter(Martha Walker),Chinaza Uche(Paul Billings),Avi Nash(Lukas Kyle),Alexandria Riley(Sandy),Shane McRae(Knox),Remmie Milner(Shirley),Rick Gomez(Patrick Kennedy),Billy Postlethwaite(Deputy Marnes), andClare Perkins(Judge Meadows) rejoin Ferguson for this chapter of the story. The narrative’s expansion demands new characters played by new cast members, includingLaura Innes,Jessica Brown Findlay,Morven Christie,Reed Birney,Matt Craven, andColin Hanks. Season 2’s scene stealerSteve Zahnwould also return.
