With speculation surrounding Resident Evil‘s upcoming remakes potentially paving the way for classic characters to return in Resident Evil 10, there has been much debate about who will actually make the cut when it is released.

The Potential of HUNK in Resident Evil’s Storytelling

Chris’ Story Arc Has Been Teased Long Enough
While some fans have begun to express frustration over how frequently Chris has appeared in recent Resident Evil games, including playable roles in two separate DLCs over the past decade, these appearances have only raised more questions about his current activities.
The brief appearance of his Hound unit in Requiem, along with Leon’s hint that they will likely cross paths again, suggests that Chris will indeed play a significant role in an upcoming entry, hopefully sooner rather than later.
Ada Wong Remains a Fan Favorite for Return
Although Ada Wong might seem like an unusual choice for a protagonist in Resident Evil, given her role as a mysterious foil for Leon, numerous leaks regarding Ada for Requiem indicate that she remains an incredibly popular character among fans and deserves a chance to appear if she does not make it into the story DLC for Requiem.
Since there has been no mention of Ada since Resident Evil 6, it would be exciting to finally discover her fate after all these years and which organization she ultimately aligns with in her later years.
