Summer Lunch Looks: The Midday Edit

Outfit Details:<br />
Lake Checked Skirt Set, Prada Headband

Some of my favorite summer outfits are the ones made for the middle of the day. A long lunch somewhere new in town, popping into a few local shops after, maybe grabbing a sweet treat before heading home. It has a feeling of its own, and it’s one of my favorite moments to lean into the sunnier, more cheerful side of dressing.

For daytime, my thought process starts with one standout element and lets it set the tone for the rest. The shape, the silhouette, and the styling all fall into place around it, completing the look in a way that feels polished and easy without being fussy. A checked matching set, a cotton skirt with a dainty eyelet hem, or a pop of color that comes through in a sandal. The woven pieces sprinkled throughout, like a raffia headband or crochet shoes, carry that vacation-in-town feeling, like you could be running errands or accidentally finding the best table outside.
