Raven-Symoné has ignited excitement online after confirming ‘The Cheetah Girls: Next Gen.’ The actress teased fans with an Instagram video while announcing that she was working on ‘Cheetah Girls 4.’
Symoné will reprise her role as Galleria, and production for the film is set to begin later in July, according to Variety.

Raven-Symoné Confirms ‘Cheetah Girls 4’
Simone confirmed ‘Cheetah Girls 4’ in an Instagram video, where she walked to the song from the franchise’s second movie, ‘Strut.’
The post was captioned, “It’s happening, and it’s CHEETAHLISHIOUS!”
Additionally, text over the video stated, “POV: strutting to the set of The Cheetah Girls: Next Gen.”
Adrienne Bailon will also return for ‘The Cheetah Girls: Next Gen’ as Chanel. Sabrina Bryan, Lynn Whitfield, and Lori Alter are also set to return. However, Kiely Williams is not currently slated to appear in the film.
The film will follow Galleria and Chanel as they travel to Africa with Galleria’s daughter and three of her friends. The group will volunteer at a wildlife sanctuary, where they reportedly “discover the true Cheetah spirit” along their journey.

Cast Announced For ‘The Cheetah Girls: Next Gen’
Leah Sava’ Jeffries will portray Galleria’s daughter, Faith, in ‘The Cheetah Girls: Next Gen.’
Faith’s friends include Carmen Sanchez as Dior, Kaileen Chang as Ruby, and Sophie Lennon as Brooklyn. Additionally, Kamogelo Ramashala and Sophia Bush are joining the cast.
Symoné is serving as executive producer alongside executive producer Debra Martin Chase. The film will be directed by Bille Woodruff, with Bailon as a co-producer.
