The Munsters: Complete Series 14-Disc Blu-ray Collection Released

The Munsters are returning home in a significant new Blu-ray collection. The Australian label Imprint Films has announced The Munsters: The Complete Series, a 14-disc limited edition that includes all 70 episodes of the classic sitcom on Blu-ray, along with Munster, Go Home, two Munsters TV movies, hours of archival material, 17 brand-new audio commentaries, and an extensive collection of physical extras. The Munsters: The Complete Series Blu-ray set is set to be released on November 25, 2026.

The classic 1960s sitcom featured Fred Gwynne as Herman Munster, Yvonne De Carlo as Lily Munster, Al Lewis as Grandpa, Butch Patrick as Eddie Munster, and Beverly Owen and Pat Priest as Marilyn. Set at 1313 Mockingbird Lane, the series followed a family of monsters who viewed themselves as completely ordinary while failing to comprehend why the rest of the neighborhood found them so frightening.

This premise contributed to making The Munsters one of the most cherished supernatural sitcoms of the 1960s, alongside shows like The Addams Family, Bewitched, and I Dream of Jeannie. More than 60 years after the series first aired, Imprint Television is providing a major restoration of the entire original run.

The Munsters Receives a New HD Restoration

According to Imprint Films, all 70 episodes from Seasons 1 and 2 have been scanned and restored from 35mm composite fine-grain negatives, with the episodes presented in 1080p high definition on Blu-ray for the first time worldwide.

The collection also features 17 brand-new audio commentaries with film historians, television historians, actor Butch Patrick, and other contributors. Commentary participants include Tim Lucas, Zach Smothers, and Amanda Reyes, while Patrick returns to share his perspective on several episodes.

The collection goes beyond the original series. It also includes the 1966 feature film Munster, Go Home, which is presented in 1080p along with an audio commentary from Butch Patrick and musician and filmmaker Rob Zombie, moderated by Justin Beahm. Additionally, it features the 1981 television movie The Munsters’ Revenge in a new 2026 restoration and the 1995 television movie Here Come the Munsters.

What Is Included in The Munsters Blu-ray Set?

Imprint’s limited edition is crafted as a significant collector’s package rather than a basic complete-series release. The packaging includes a large hardbox with a holographic finish, spot-gloss embossing, and a removable PVC slipcover with partial printing. The set measures 24 x 32cm, weighs 1.5kg, and contains the following physical extras:

  • Two Hardcases featuring flip lenticular artwork that house all 14 Blu-ray discs;
  • a large-format Hardcover Episode Guide Book;
  • a full-colour matte laminated 27″ x 40″ folded print of the original poster for Munster, Go Home (1966 film);
  • eight Lobby Cards featuring original production character portrait photography;
