Tierra "Titi" Davis‘s past has followed her to the villa. 

As the 25-year-old continues to explore her connection with KC Chandler on Love Island USA season eight after making her debut during Casa Amor, a prior legal conflict has resurfaced.

Nearly a decade before stepping into the Fiji villa, Davis, then 17, was accused of assaulting then-16-year-old Shayla Woodard, before allegedly threatening to shoot her, according to court documents obtained by E! News. 

 In the October 2018 request for a civil harassment restraining order, Woodard alleged that although they didn’t know each other, Davis had “verbally assaulted her” the month before while in the proximity of a mutual peer.  

She said that Davis “came looking” for her days later, with Woodard, now 24, alleging that she was physically assaulted at the Culver City metro station. She reported that Davis had pepper-sprayed and hit her “multiple times in the face, arms and upper body.”
