Tiger Woods’ legal woes are ongoing.

Following the pro golfer’s March 27 arrest for driving under the influence in Jupiter Island, Fla., his mugshot was released by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, where the 50-year-old can be seen looking into the camera with a straight face.

The photo’s release comes after Woods was arrested and charged following a rollover car crash at around 2 p.m. local time.

“Our DUI investigators came to the scene here, and Mr. Woods did exemplify signs of impairment,” Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said in a press conference. “They did do some in-depth roadside tests. And when it was determined, he was placed under arrest and taken to the Martin County Jail.”

Though Budensiek explained that his team was not “suspicious of alcohol being involved in this case,” he believed the golfer to be impaired by a medication or other drug due to his “lethargic” demeanor.

“Mr. Woods did a breathalyzer test, blew triple zeros, but when it came time for us to ask for a urinalysis test, he refused,” the sheriff continued, “and so he’s been charged with DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test.”
