However, he does not hold Cornish accountable for this, as he believes that most actresses who have attempted to portray the former Playboy model have not succeeded, stating, “There’s been a Lifetime Movie. There’s been a Law & Order episode. I have yet to see someone who truly captures the essence, appearance, and character of Anna Nicole.”

In the end, Birkhead felt that Kapoor had betrayed his trust, as the doctor had assured the photographer that “his days of doing press and being in the spotlight were over.” He is now contemplating what this means for his and Smith’s daughter.

“Fast forward almost 20 years later, and this doctor continues to make the rounds,” the photographer remarked. “I’ve cautioned them about the harm and emotional distress this causes not just to me, but most importantly, to Dannielynn.” 

His complaints extend beyond interviews, as Birkhead disclosed that he has filed a complaint with the California Medical Board against Kapoor due to his involvement in this new film. 

“I’m just going to let the process unfold,” he concluded, “and see what they have to say about that.”
