- Marc Forget as Pascal: Sidwell’s butler has been playing his own game discreetly, which has cost Marco’s life. Now, Sonny, Laura, and Lucas are working together to turn Pascal against Sidwell and take the latter’s whole empire down. Pascal will have several scenes throughout the week.
- Elliott Carr as Nurse Grant: Jack Brennan is still admitted at Turning Woods, pretending to be in locked-in syndrome. One of the nurses who attends to him is Nurse Grant, played by Finn Carr’s (Rocco) real-life brother.
- James Patrick Stuart as Valentin Cassadine: Valentin and Carly will have a face-off against Nina. This comes right after Jack has revealed to Nina that the two are not only working together but have also developed a sexual relationship.
- Andrew Hawkes as Ross Cullum: The WSB director brings bad news to someone. What is it, and who is he delivering it to? Tuesday’s episode will reveal it.
- Kathleen Gati as Liesl Obrecht: Obrecht will be caught off guard by a surprise, and she won’t be happy about it.

- Maxwell Caulfield as Apollo: Apollo appeared at the end of last week when Ava and Alexis went to New York to visit an art gallery to learn about Delilah. He gave the two women a picture of Delilah standing next to a man. To both Ava and Alexis’ surprise, the man turns out to be Ethan Lovett, Lulu’s half-brother.
