The former Victoria’s Secret angel’s post included photos of her heart-shaped cake and birthday balloons, showing a peek at her baby boy’s hand and toys.
Bündchen—who also shares kids Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with ex-husband Tom Brady—has had an eventful month. Ahead of her latest trip around the sun, she took a vacation to Tahiti with her husband and kids, showcasing the tropical scenery and daring activities they enjoyed.
