Megyn Kelly has once again targeted Meghan Markle. This time, Kelly criticized Markle’s appearance on MasterChef Australia, where she was a guest judge during the cooking show’s filming in April 2026. However, both Kelly and commentator Dan Wootton expressed their discontent with the episode.

On The Megyn Kelly Show, Kelly discussed Meghan Markle’s role on the show with Dan Wootton. Kelly questioned how Markle was included in the episode, noting that her appearance had already generated buzz prior to airing.
She remarked, “Meghan Markle finally made her long-awaited appearance on MasterChef Australia. It has now been released. When she taped it, it was so poorly done that it made news because there was an issue about how they announced her.”
Wootton claimed that Markle was uncomfortable being introduced as royalty and argued that her appearance violated the Sandringham Summit agreement. He suggested that Markle was again commercially leveraging her royal title.
He stated, “She wasn’t doing this for altruistic reasons. She’s not donating her fee to a charity. This is straight money in her pocket.” Kelly then shifted the conversation to Markle’s culinary skills, questioning why Markle couldn’t name a favorite family meal. Kelly said, “I’m sorry. It’s weird. Even, like, I don’t cook, but I’ve got, like, my five go-tos.” She added that lasagna would have been her own answer.
Kelly also accused Markle of imitating Martha Stewart’s pasta recipe. She commented, “It was obvious when you watched her show that her biggest recipe was the Martha Stewart recipe for one-pot pasta.”
The discussion later turned to Markle’s comments about parenting as well. Kelly joked, “Oh, those poor children. If you can’t pick it off a tree, you can’t have it as dessert.” Wootton then asserted that Markle does not have a strong appreciation for food.
He argued that she views food more as a status symbol. Throughout the discussion, Kelly and Wootton continued to critique Markle, focusing particularly on her appearance on MasterChef Australia.
