Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour are no longer in Hawkins.
However, they are set to share the screen again—on Netflix, no less. The Stranger Things costars will reprise their roles as a father and daughter in an upcoming A24 series written by Emmy-winning Adolescence writer Jack Thorne, as announced by the streamer on June 26.
Regarding what fans can anticipate from their latest project, which they will also executive produce, the series description hints, “Disgraced FBI agent turned security expert Matt Wolfe (Harbour) is drawn back into the world he left behind when his estranged daughter, Rebecca (Brown)—now an FBI agent determined to follow in his footsteps—vanishes on a mission, forcing him to return to a field that has evolved beyond him.”
The news of Brown, 22, and Harbour’s on-screen reunion comes less than a year after Stranger Things—where they portrayed Eleven and her adoptive father Jim Hopper, respectively—concluded with its fifth and final season.
However, their decade on the science-fiction series was not without challenges, as the Enola Holmes actress reportedly filed a harassment and bullying claim against Harbour during the final season.
