General Hospital Shocks Ric with Elizabeth and Half-Naked Dante

Ric and Elizabeth’s story encounters a significant misunderstanding in the recent episode of General Hospital. Liz was found with a half-naked Dante, leaving Ric in shock. However, Dante and Liz weren’t being physically intimate; she was merely assisting him with an injury. What Ric perceived could certainly create problems in his relationship with Liz.

Why did Ric’s plans to propose to Elizabeth get interrupted by Dante on General Hospital?

The latest episode of General Hospital showcased Dante, who encountered Elizabeth in the park. He informs her that he will come over after the softball game to help her assemble the bookcase. He ultimately keeps his word and visits her home, but sustains an injury in the process. This injury occurred because he hurt his knee during the game, making it hard for him to walk. Liz asks him to remove his pants so she can assess the wound and provide treatment.

While Liz’s intentions were innocent, it didn’t appear that way to Ric, who witnessed a half-naked Dante on his girlfriend’s couch. At that moment, Ric had arrived at her house to propose with a bouquet of roses and an engagement ring. However, the misunderstanding involving Dante startled him. He eventually entered the house demanding answers. Both Liz and Dante were taken aback by his sudden appearance. Following this incident, it remains uncertain whether they will resolve the misunderstanding and Ric will propose to Elizabeth, or if their relationship will deteriorate.

Ric is clearly aware of the chemistry and growing bond between Liz and Dante. Nevertheless, seeing Liz spend more time with Dante does not sit well with him. Besides tending to the injury, they also share a glass of wine together. In this week’s preview, it has been revealed that Ric will contact Lulu to keep Dante and Liz apart.
